Design feasibility
PPM works closely with the developers and project management teams to ensure that facility design is feasible, and functional needs of guests, staff and owners are considered. Facility programming includes
defining the activities that will be conducted within a hotel, allocating the corresponding
space, and establishing optimal relationships between the spaces.
Procurement Management
